#3 Dealing with Difficult Emotions after Intuitive Decisions

Even if you have made a decision intuitively, that doesn't mean you won't have some feelings when it comes time for that transition! This is all normal, and a-okay.

If you’ve made a big decision and have some residual sadness, upset, guilt, or any other less-than enjoyable emotion, give yourself permission to re-evaluate.

Do your cognitive assessment. Re-connect with your body. If it’s become apparent that the decision you made ISN’T the right one, make a new one!

Meanwhile, if the decision is still the right one, welcome those emotions as a normal and natural effect. See them, feel them, and let them move.
