Hi — I’m Dr Katherine Hofmann!

I help high-achieving, professional women learn the art of boundary setting so that they can level up, up, and up in their careers.

I come by my obsession with boundaries honestly.

Personally, I’ve watched the elder women in my life work themselves right out of their careers and into the hospital. Careers they worked hard to build but couldn’t maintain for the pace that comes with the default answer of ‘yes.’

Professionally, I’ve seen female colleagues in integrative medicine struggle to say no to their patients. They cannot reconcile how ‘no’ could possibly be aligned with their values of care and service.

And, of course, there are the women in so many other fields — jewelry, web design, finance, marketing, graphic design, law — who are tapping out, exhausted from hours and hours of running themselves ragged with mantras like ‘overdeliver!’ or ‘service first!’

Not to mention the patients and clients I’ve had the honor of working with as a naturopathic doctor specializing in mental health. They show up with anxiety, depression, low motivation, various types of chronic pain and ‘odd’ constellations of physical symptoms.

The common thread that ties them all together?

The inability to just. say. no.

You, my friend, deserve better. And, if you can’t yet see that, you probably at least know that your spouse, parents, kids, and friends deserve the very best you have to offer.

Setting artful boundaries is how you over-deliver to everyone in your life, including yourself.
